Smithers

Farrah and Joshua Smithers, of Buchanan, are the parents of a son, Koan Trent Smith, born May 14, 2017.

He weighed 8 pounds and 12 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches.

Maternal grandparents are René Smithers, of Coloma, and Mike Smithers, of Stevensville. Paternal grandparents are William and Karen Smith, of Crossville, Indiana.

Maternal great-grandparents are Gloria and Charles Gauthier, of Pinckney, Indiana.  Paternal great-grandparent is Delores Harper, of Benton Harbor.
