Athletic Director of Edwardsburg Public Schools Kevin Dean introduced and spoke on behalf of the Wolverine Conference Scholar Athletes. The Wolverine Conference Scholar Athlete award is given to students with at least two varsity letters based on a formula of GPA and test scores. “We are guaranteed two scholars, but this year we were fortunate enough to get a third,” Dean said. “This speaks highly of the class and their academics, but they are obviously a very successful athletic class as well.”
