The Niles Garden Club toured the Berrien Springs courthouse and grounds for its May meeting.

The courthouse was built in the 1800s and is the oldest courthouse in Michigan. On the grounds there is also a jail, log cabin and blacksmith shop.

For their next meeting, members will tour the Meier Gardens in Grand Rapids. (Submitted photo)
