Visiting Otsego own a pair of Wolverine Conference baseball games at Rotary Park Friday.

The Bulldogs took the opening game 10-1 and then completed the sweep with an 8-2 win in the nightcap.

The Chieftains managed just 10 hits in the doubleheader, while Otsego finished with 25 hits.

Mack Charles took the loss in the opening game. Brandon Felthouse and Duan Simpson also took the hill for the Chieftains.

Kade Schriber had a double for Dowagiac.

In the nightcap, Adrien Bucha-Moore suffered the loss. Also pitching for the Chieftains was Ellijah Williams.

Brenden Dudley doubled for Dowagiac.

The Chieftains are back in action Tuesday as they host Watervliet in a pair of non-conference games.

Dowagiac will travel to Plainwell for its next Wolverine Conference doubleheader.

The Chieftains and Cassopolis will square off in the annual Bryan Frazier Memorial Saturday at Rotary Park.
