Howard Poehlman, of Cassopolis will celebrate his 100th birthday with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. April 15 at Coulter’s Chapel Hall.
Howard was born April 13, 1917, to Otto Sr. and the late Marie Poehlman.
He is a retired farmer and truck driver for H. Davis and Central Transport. He also worked as an office manager for Central Transport.
He is married to Mary Poehlman. They had three children, Nira Makay, Bradley Poehlman and the late Kay Luke.
Howard and Mary’s grandchildren are Anthony (Buddy) Makay, Sheila Marsiglia, Nathan Makay, Scott, Eric, Adam, Ryan Poehlman and Sara Bellfiulle, Matthew, Nicholas Luke and April Garcia.
