A well-deserved retirement

I had the pleasure of being taught by Dean Hill.
I had him for algebra and law, in both different years and different schools.
I sincerely loved being in his classes. He had a way of getting through to me and he is a memorable man because of his lack of a “do this, don’t do that” attitude.
His classes hold a couple memories for me that I have used when trying to direct my own brood.
It is a well deserved retirement for him I’m sure, but a great loss for those would-be pupils.
Thank you, Mr. Hill, for your ability to give great indirection, so to speak.
