The Buchanan City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday and Monday at City Hall to hear public input about proposed legislation that would allow medical marijuana provision centers in city limits.

Both forums will be to hear all sides of public opinion about allowing provision centers in the city. Citizens will have three minutes apiece each night to explain their thoughts to the council.
“I expect a fair amount of interest,” said Mayor Brenda Hess. “People will want to plan to arrive early.”
