Paw Paw put the finishing touches on their Wolverine Conference competitive cheer championship by winning the league meet held at Edwardsburg last Wednesday.

The Redskins finished with a total score of 740.92 points. Paw Paw won all three rounds of the competition to claim the title.

Plainwell, which finished second with 729.10 points, was the league’s runner-up, while Otsego was third in the overall standings and at the league meet with 688.88 points.

Edwardsburg finished fifth at the league meet with 660.24 points and sixth in the final standings.

Dowagiac, which was ninth at Edwardsburg with 579.30 points, finishes ninth in the final standings.
