The definition of insanity
Published 8:29 am Friday, February 3, 2017
Albert Einstein said insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Some of the examples of this are:
• Giving CEOs more money so they can invest in more industry. If they were doing this they would not be so rich.
• Calling drug addiction a crime instead of an illness. The war on drugs is a failure just as the war on alcohol was.
• Thinking that by supporting the right people in the Middle East, we can end the fighting.
• Admitting that global warming is real but continuing to support fossil fuels which are a major contributor.
• Thinking that by being the world’s policeman we can end crime.
I am sure there are many more examples.
