St. Mary’s Church will host a free presentation by Dr. Andrew Fiedler, heart specialist at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana, on heart health, from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, in the gym at the church, 217 S. Lincoln Ave., Niles.
The event will include a power point presentation and a discussion session. The aim of the program is to reverse the progression of heart disease by helping a person optimize four key areas of their life: nutrition, stress management, love, and support and fitness. Dr. Fiedler will be present, along with Karen K. Sommers, MS, Coordinator, and his certified professional team to answer questions.
Refreshments will be served.
