BATTLE CREEK — the No. 3-ranked North Branch Broncos defeated No. 5-ranked Buchanan 3-2 in the Class B state volleyball semifinals at the Kellogg Arena Thursday night.

The Bucks end the season with a new school record for victories with 49.
