I have known both candidates for more than 20 years, as did my late husband, Jim, who as a commissioner had many professional interactions with both. There is truly no comparison between the two when it comes to temperament, professionalism, and, equally as important, a true commitment to the citizens of Cass County.
Mark Herman is the only candidate of the two who has a judicial temperament, evidenced by his many years of conducting court hearings, a well-rounded legal background in both civil and criminal matters, and years upon years of giving back to the people of Cass County through community service, traits that I personally consider of paramount importance in electing a judge.
Cass County deserves a judge with the character attributes of Mark Herman.
Please cast your vote for Mark Herman on Nov. 8. I can assure you he is the best choice.
