I want to look at a few important qualifications of a judge, and why Mark Herman fulfills them.

The first is experience.

Mark has served Cass County in many positions that gave him both civil and criminal opportunities to make decisions that were fair, just and beneficial to all concerned. This has taught him how to apply the law in different situations that arise from day to day.

The second is dedication.

Mark has spent his entire career serving Cass County. Also, Mark has worked with many organizations on his own time which shows his care for Cass County residents.

This is a trait that is exemplary on his part. He has placed service above self.

The third is professionalism.

Mark made decisions that were acceptable by all parties after hearing those cases based on the facts. Mark has a representation in Cass County from all citizens as being calm and honest yet firm in his decisions.
