Buchanan drops season opener to Three Rivers

THREE RIVERS — A shorthanded visiting Buchanan tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to Three Rivers in the season opener for both schools Wednesday.

Buchanan (0-1) picked up its wins at No. 1 and No. 4 singles.

Chris Wentworth defeated Tyler Seifert 5-7, 6-0 and 6-0.

Kaleb Pritchard won by forfeit.

The Bucks forfeited at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. Neither team had a No. 4 doubles team.
