Many people decry the violence and killings that are becoming more frequent in our country, as well they should.

We hear black lives matter, gay lives matter, blue lives matter and some say all lives matter. To some people, they do.

But how believable are we when, as a nation, we have declared to the rest of the world that not all lives matter equally? How have we done this? Remember the adage, “Actions speak louder than words?”

By legalizing abortions we have publicly stated that some lives just don’t matter. Our actions certainly don’t agree with our words. No wonder that some people find other ways to demonstrate this lack of sanctity for human life.

We have chosen to publicly cheapen human life.
