The Niles Vikings landed a pair of players and coach Mike Vota on the Division 2 All-Regional Baseball Team, which was selected last week.

Vota, along with Holland Christian’s Jim Caserta, were named as the all-region coaches.

First baseman Jakob Huffman and infielder Austin Curran were also named to the team.

Lakeshore had a pair of players on the squad, while St. Joseph placed one on the team, which is the second step in the Division 2 All-State selection process.

Lakeshore’s Trey Thibeault and Connor Brawley were named as a first baseman and a pitcher respectively.

St. Joseph’s Jordan Brewer was selected as an outfielder.
