Brandywine advances five, Cassopolis four in Division 4 wrestling

CASSOPOLIS — Brandywine advances five and Cassopolis four out of the Division 4 Individual District held at Ross Beatty High School Saturday.

Brandywine’s Jesse Lochmondy was the lone individual champion as he captured the 135-pound crown.

Also advancing for the Bobcats were Kristian Hertsel (152), who was second, Sam Burge (171), who was second, Kaci Lintz (135), who was fourth and Ryan Buchar (145).

Colin Kelley (125) and Reese West (285) both finished second, while Dillon Richey (135) and A.J. Green (189) were both third.

The Division 4 Individual Regional will be held at Bronson High School Saturday.
