The list is designed to increase readers’ knowledge of an important public safety issue and to allow the public to assist police in tracking down these individuals.

Officials with the Dowagiac Police Department have informed the Daily News that Heather Renee Lockamy turned herself into police custody following the release of her name on the July 27 Most Wanted List.
