Trinity Episcopal Church, located in downtown Niles, is inviting the community to join it for this year’s Ecumenical Good Friday worship service at 7 p.m., Friday, April 3. The Rev. Pamela V. Sten, priest at Trinity, will lead the Good Friday Liturgy, with several area pastors and laypeople assisting.

Worship will include special prayers and devotions, a participatory reading of the St. John Passion narrated by Dee Beaumont, a combined choir, and the Rev. David Lawrence preaching.

Worship will conclude with communion that was blessed on Holy Thursday for those wishing to partake.

Trinity Church, which is celebrating its 180th year as a Christian presence in Niles, is located at 9 S. Fourth St.
