Vicksburg rallies to beat Edwardsburg 43-32

Despite being shutout in the second quarter, visiting Vicksburg came away with a 43-32 Wolverine Conference girls crossover victory over Edwardsburg Thursday night.

The Eddies (7-13) trailed the Bulldogs (12-8) 14-9 after one quarter, but shutout Vicksburg in the second quarter to take a 15-14 halftime lead.

The Bulldogs reclaimed the lead (28-22) after three and outscored the Eddies 15-10 in the final quarter to pull away.

Liz Wedden had a game-high 17 points to lead Vicksburg, which also got 11 points from Kennedy Nabozny.

Katelynn Rogers led Edwardsburg with 12 points. Savannah Dixon finished with 11.
