PAW PAW — Host Paw Paw scored more points in the first quarter than Dowagiac did in the entire game Friday night.

The Redskins had no trouble picking up their 10th win of the season as they defeated the Chieftains 57-14 in a Wolverine Conference West Division girls basketball contest.

Paw Paw led 19-6 after one quarter and 36-8 at halftime.

Chloe Salman was the only Paw Paw player to reach double figures as she finished with 18 points.

Taylor Hulett had six points to pace Dowagiac.
