Vito Rondinelli, age 66, died at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at Silverbrook Manor, Niles following a brief illness.

He was born on Aug. 24, 1948 in Curinga, Cantanzaro Province, Italy to Domenico and Barbara (Frucci) Rondinelli.

Vito enjoyed his Italian heritage and for 35 years made his own wine. Also, he enjoyed watching both college and professional football. He was a member of the Niles Elks Lodge #1322.

After 25 years of work at Simplicity Pattern, he enjoyed ten years working on Knollwood Country Club’s golf course.

A memorial service to remember Vito Rondinelli will take place Dec. 6 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Niles Elks Lodge #1322.
