In regard to the closing of the Niles Comcast Customer Service Center at 1930 Niles-Buchanan Rd., this office has been open all the years I have had Comcast and I am very angry about the closing on Oct. 30.

The office personnel have always been very helpful and the location has been very convenient.

My hope is that this office can remain open for customers who need help and cannot drive to Mishawaka, Indiana.

Besides, it would benefit the Michigan customers. We all need to complain and maybe can keep this Comcast in our area.
