The Dowagiac soccer team picked up its first Wolverine Conference West Division win of the year as it defeated Coloma 4-3 on penalty kicks Tuesday.

Scoring for the Chieftains (2-4, 1-1 West) were Jorge Ruiz, Gavin Green, Aubrey Huston and Jeremiah Guernsey.

Dowagiac outshot Coloma 21-3. Harpeet Singh had three saves for the Chieftains.
