Can you imagine a garage sale where hundreds of people have the opportunity to see your things?

That is what the Edwardsburg Sports Complex is planning in August.

Anyone who lives in Edwardsburg has no doubt seen and heard about the US-12 Garage Sale. It bills itself as the “World’s Longest Garage Sale.” This year, on Aug. 8-10, the ESC will be

hosting a sale, too.

Located right on US-12, The complex will be renting booth space to interested community members for $15 (bring your own table/chairs). It is an opportunity to be a part of something big, especially if you don’t live in a place that lends itself to sales.

Renting a booth will help support the ESC and renters can take all of their sale profits home with them.

Additionally, the Youth Advisory Council is planning a project of its own at this sale. They plan to host a sports equipment exchange. Trade in outgrown or unneeded sports equipment and get the right size soccer ball, shoes or other needed items without spending a small fortune.
