Brandywine will host the eighth annual Cat Tracks 5K Run/Walk to benefit the Brandywine Improvement Foundation.

This year’s Cat Tracks will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9 at Brandywine Middle/Senior High School.

“The foundation has supported students by sponsoring field trips, buying music uniforms, helping to build the track and buying sports equipment,” said John Jarpe, superintendent. “We want to use funds from this year’s run to buy technology devices — iPads, laptops, etc. — for students.”

Registration is $20. Interested runners and walkers can find signup information at the school’s website, BrandywineBobcats.org, or sign up directly online at https://runsignup/Race/MI/Niles/CatTracks5K.
