There will be a half-day of school on Thursday, June 5, and Friday, June 6, for all students attending Brandywine Community Schools.

The Middle and Senior High School students (grades 7-11) will dismiss at 11 a.m.; Brandywine Elementary students (grades 3-6) will dismiss at 12:25 p.m.; Merritt Elementary students (grades K-2) will dismiss at 12:10 p.m.

Beginning on Monday, June 9, the administration office will be operating on a “summer hours” schedule. The central office will be open Mondays through Thursdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Normal business hours will return on Monday, Aug. 25.

Merritt and Brandywine Elementary Schools will be open through June 27, and will reopen on Aug. 4, 2014.

Office hours for the month of June will be 8:30 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Brandywine Middle/Senior High School summer hours beginning on Monday, June 9 are Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., closed on Fridays. Normal business hours will return on Monday, Aug. 25.
