Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Home Mortgage has announced that it will open its first office in Michigan at 815 E. Main St., Suite B, in Niles.

A ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration will take place at the new office on Thursday, May 29 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Don Reber will serve as area manager and vice president, overseeing the South Bend, Elkhart, Plymouth and Niles offices. Alan Butt, vice president, will serve as the branch manager and will continue to manage operations for both the South Bend and Niles offices. Senior loan officers Kelly Juroff and Ron Rogers, Jr. will also be working out of the office.
