Bobcats 1-2 at Coloma Invitational

COLOMA — The Brandywine softball team went 1-2 at the Coloma Invitational Saturday.

The Bobcats (12-3) lost to a pair of Wolverine Conference teams in Edwardsburg and Coloma. The Eddies and Comets play Tuesday for first place in the West Division.

The Eddies edged Brandywine 11-10 in the opening round of the tournament, while the host Comets edged the Bobcats 5-3 in the final game of the day.

Brandywine’s lone victory also came against a Wolverine West team as it knocked off Three Rivers 15-0 in three innings.
