VICKSBURG — Niles advanced 11 and Edwardsburg six to the Division 2 Regional Wrestling Tournament Saturday at Mason.

The Vikings had a pair of champions in Darek Bullock-Mills and Warren Smith, while the Eddies’ Michael Higley defeated the Vikings’ Andrew Flick for the 103-pound title.

Both Edwardsburg and Niles will compete in the Division 2 Team Regional Wednesday at Battle Creek Harper Creek.

Higley (35-1) decisioned Flick (27-7) 8-1 in the title bout.

Bullock-Mills (30-5) defeated Lakeshore’s Robert Dene (30-10) with a 3-2 decision to capture the 130-pound title.

At 140, Smith (29-8) edged Three Rivers’ Connor McElroy (31-8) 6-5.

The top four finishers in each weight class advance to the regionals.
