Diane Marie Van Blaricum, age 60, of Niles died unexpectedly Sunday Jan. 12th in the emergency room at Lake Land Medical Center Niles. Diane was born May 15, 1953, in Niles to Franklin and Fern Kahlmorgan Williams. She was preceded her in death by her father.

On July 28, 1995, in Niles she married Pete (Peter) Van Blaricum who survives along with two sons: William (Tona) Crooker of Niles and Andrew Crooker of Westminster, Colorado. A Stepdaughter: Brynn Van Blaricum of North Liberty, Iowa. Her mother Fern Williams of Buchanan and two sisters: Sandra (Wayne)Whitmyer- Niles Joann (Jerry) Pollitt of Buchanan and one brother Richard Williams of La Porte, Indiana

Diane enjoyed fishing for blue Gilles, Playing the piano and especially spending time with her grandchildren she was a member of First United Methodist Church in Buchanan.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 15th 4-8 p.m. at Swem Chapel in Buchanan where services celebrating her life will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. Pastor Rob McPherson officiating.
