Roy Pollock, 92, of Niles, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014 at his residence with his family by his side.

Roy Pollock was born on Aug. 5, 1921 in Tracy, Indiana to the late Smyers and Eva (Eskridge) Pollock.

On April 21, 1951 Roy married the love of his life Marlene (Wruck) Pollock at a ceremony in Angola, Indiana.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Raymond Pollock and sister Beatrice Strong.

Roy is survived by his wife, daughter Kathy (Chris) Lintz of Niles, son Terry (Jyll) Pollock of Niles, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, brother Edward (Jessie) Pollock of Niles and sister Bernice (Roy) Ballard of Grand Rapids.

Services to honor Roy’s life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home at 11 a.m.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Following the services Roy will be laid to rest at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
