RICHLAND — The Niles JV volleyball team won the consolation bracket of the Gull Lake Invitational Saturday.

In pool play, the Vikings split with Mattawan 25-16, 15-25; lost to Loy Norrix 20-25, 15-25 and split with Battle Creek Harper Creek 26-24, 18-25.

In backet play, Niles defeated Schoolcraft 25-15, 21-25 and 15-11. In the consolation finals, the Vikings defeated Bronson 25-14, 23-25 and 15-9.
