SOUTH BEND — The No. 17 Fifth Third Ford Fusion show car will make a pit stop in South Bend Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at 301 N. Main Street.

The No. 17 Fifth Third Ford Fusion is owned by Roush Fenway Racing and driven by Ricky Stenhouse Jr., the two-time NASCAR Nationwide Series champion for 2011 and 2012.

The show car along with Roush Fenway Racing’s 75-foot transporter that serves as a mini NASCAR-themed museum will visit Fifth Third Bank of South Bend. The visit will also include race car simulators, prize giveaways and contests. Fifth Third also will take fan photos in front of the show car and provide free food.
