Niles tennis wins two out of three

DOWAGIAC — The Niles tennis team went 2-1 this week in its final preparation for Thursday’s Division 3 Regional at Vicksburg.
The Vikings dropped a 5-3 decision to Lakeshore Monday in the conclusion of a match that was started last Thursday, but halted by a thunderstorm.
Niles rebounded to defeat visiting Three Rivers 7-1 Tuesday after the completion of the Lakeshore match.
The Vikings topped Dowagiac 5-3 Wednesday afternoon on the Chieftains’ home court.
