A 10-run first inning left little doubt who was going to win the first game of the Brandywine Round Robin Saturday.

The Bobcats exploded on visiting Bangor in the opening inning and rolled to a 16-1 win in four innings.

Kyle Duncan picked up the victory as he allowed one runs on four hits with seven strikeouts and no walks.

Brandywine finished with 12 hits, including a triple by Duncan and doubles by Michael Pancoast and Tanner Bourdon.

Bourdon finished the game 3-for-4.

In the second game, the Bobcats used a seven-run fifth inning to cut the game short with Benton Harbor, 12-2.

Alex Walters went the distance, allowing two runs on two hits with five strikeouts and one walk.

Brandywine finished with 11 hits, including doubles by Brock Hartline and Cole Searles. Searles was 3-for-3, while Hartline was 2-for-3. Brad Kline was 2-for-4 and Duncan 2-for-2.
