Friday, Nov 23:
9 p.m.

Mr. Blotto
The Livery

Benton Harbor
(269) 925.8760

One of the tri-state area’s pre-eminent jam bands for the last 21 years, Mr. Blotto blends hard rock, Southern rock, folk music, and country rock. Boasting five albumreleases, four DVDs and four“official bootleg” live albums, this well-seasoned band is well worth the trip.

Saturday, Nov 24:
3 or 6 p.m.

Disney Live! Presents: Mickey’s Music Festival Morris Performing Arts Center
211 N. Michigan St.
South Bend
(574) 235-9190

Try to imagine Disney characters Mickey, Minnie, Ariel, Sebastian, Ursula, Jasmine, Aladdin, Genie, Woody, Buzz and Jessie getting down onstage to remixed Disney hits in hip hop, pop, swing, reggae, rock, country styles. Try to imagine all the points you’ll get and how happy this show will make your little kids. Then while you’re there, try to imagine how far away I’ll be.

Sunday Nov. 25:
7 p.m.

Mike Struwin
Hard Rock Café Four Winds
11111 Wilson Rd.
New Buffalo

Mike’s one of my favorite singer/songwriters in Michiana. From alt-country to reggae to roots rock — I have no idea what he’ll play — but talent ties it all together, and he’ll be worth the trip. Plus he’s good looking, so listen with your eyes if you’ve got a tin

Monday, Nov. 26:
7:30 p.m.

Jazz Open Session
with the Merrimans
Merrimans’ Playhouse
1211 Mishawaka Ave.,
