HARTFORD — Visiting Dowagiac was no match for Hartford in a non-conference soccer match Tuesday.

The Chieftains were outscored 3-0 in the opening half and the Indians went on to post a 4-0 victory over Dowagiac.

“Hartford came to play and we didn’t in the first half,” Dowagiac coach Mike Williams said. “We were unable to make up any ground in the second half.”
