Mark Wachendorf of McHenry, Ill. And Keri Pawielski of St. Joseph were the male and female top finishers at the Niles Triathlon in the Olympic Division Saturday.

Wachendorf covered the 200-meter swim, 13.2K bike and 2.5K run in a time of 2:05.47. Pawielski finished with a time of 2:22:38.

The overall runner-up was Brian Reynolds of Kalamazoo with a time of 2:06:54. The second female finisher and 10th place overall went to Amy Rummel of Kalamazoo with a time of 2:28:45.

Alex Arman of Naperville, Ill. Was the Duathlon winner with a time of 1:56:59. Zachary Redding of Madison, Wisc. was second with a time of 2:15:49. Dowagiac’s Mark Dobberstein placed fifth with a time of 2:32:09.

Kristopher Moody of Rolling Prairie, Ind. was the Super Sprint winner with a time of 41:24. Niles’ Gregory Dischler was third with a time of 41:54.
