Cass falls to Bees

BRIDGMAN — Host Bridgman outscored Cassopolis 27-15 in the opening 16 minutes of play Friday night and then held on for a 48-40 Lakeland Conference boys basketball victory.
The Rangers cut the lead to 35-29 after three quarters, but could not overcome the early deficit.
Kenneth Carson led the Rangers with 11 points. Damion Brown added nine and Taylor Baker eight.
Jackson Kamp had 13 points for the Bees, who also got 11 points from Austyn Allwood.
