The Brandywine boys’ bowling team opened its season in Coloma Saturday with a sweep of Niles and Countryside.

The Bobcats edged the Vikings 21-9 and Countryside.

Ryan Probst went 3-0 on the day with Charles Kuemin going 2-0 and Blake Lerner 1-0. Stewart Pearman was 2-1.

The Brandywine girls’ team split its matches with Niles and Countryside.

The Vikings defeated the Bobcats 28-2. Brandywine blanked Countryside 30-0.

Emilia Kuemin, Courtney Maynard, Morgan Dunnuck and Jessica Jorgensen were all 2-1 in the opener.
