A big thank you goes out to the community for coming and supporting the Edwardsburg Lions Club Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 5, in honor of its 65 years of service to the community.
The new Leo Club served the guests as they arrived with soft drinks, salads, spaghetti and garlic toast and then delicious desserts. These students are from the Edwardsburg High School and even a few from the Edwardsburg Junior High School.
The Lions heard compliments from many as they left the dinner on how they enjoyed the service from these Leo students.  A tip jar was filled with a nice amount of money toward the Leo Club account.
The Edwardsburg Lions are very proud of the new Leo program and look forward to working with them again on some of the many projects that the Lions Club does for the community.
The Edwardsburg Lion Members were all busy in the kitchen cooking the spaghetti dinner and they did a fine job on keeping up for the large crowed that attended!
The atmosphere was set up in remembrance of the 65 years with lots of memorabilia on display. Many community members visited with Lion members talking about times they were helped or events they knew the Lions did.
The Edwardsburg Lions all felt honored for this well-attended event. Thank you community for your support.
