St. Joseph dominated the 5K walk at the 37th Annual Steve’s Run on Saturday.

Robert Guthrie and Julie Koch, both of St. Joseph were the overall winners. Guthrie posted a time of 36:39 and Koch a 37:05.

Michael Shields Jr. of Dowagiac was second in the men’s division with a time of 37:19. Tom Vogler of Greenwood, Ind. took third with a time of 37:38, while Albert Kaiser of Dowagiac was fourth and Lyle Hardman of Granger, Ind. was fifth with times of 38:57 and 40:23 respectively.

Caitlin Vogler of Lakewood, Ohio took the runner-up spot in the women’s race with a time of 37:31. Terri Gerken of St. Joseph was third with a time of 37:30 and Niles’ Pennie Butterworth was fourth with a time of 38:13. Sharon Fadely of Portage, Ind. Finished fifth with a time of 38:33.
