A special meeting of the Dowagiac Board of Education has been called for Friday morning, Jan. 21, at 8 at the Wolverine administration building, 206 Main St.

Purpose of the meeting, according to President Larry Seurynck, is an expulsion hearing for a Dowagiac Middle School seventh grader.
