The Cassopolis Police Department has reported a missing person in Cassopolis.

Charles Edward Wagner, a white male, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds. He lives at the Graham Street apartment complex in Cassopolis.

Wagner never drives, but he walks around town. He is mentally impaired and very soft-spoken. He has been missing since July 4.
