Cass falls to White Pigeon in five sets

MARCELLUS – The Cassopolis soccer team dropped a 6-1 decision to Marcellus Tuesday afternoon.
The Rangers trailed 4-1 at halftime.
Thomas Beauchamp was injured in the first five minutes of the match and his loss was felt the remainder of the match.
Tommy Soukthavone scored the lone goal for the Rangers.
Cassopolis got solid defensive efforts from Agust Olafsson and Lucky Thammavongsa.
“The Rangers are making good progress in their rebuilding effort,” Cass coach Oli Olafsson said.
