Theresa D. Johnson, 59, of Elkhart, Ind., formerly of Edwardsburg, died on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009, at 3:48 p.m. at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, at Hope United Methodist Church, 69941 Elkhart Road, Edwardsburg, with Pastor Jeff Reese and Minister Lee Fowler officiating.

Burial will be in Edwardsburg Cemetery, Edwardsburg.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, at the church.
She moved to Elkhart in 2003, after residing in Edwardsburg, for more than 23 years.
