Niles boys’ tennis camp begins tonight
Niles High School will be holding a boys’ tennis camp for grades 9-12 beginning tonight  and running through Friday, July 31.

The camp, which is free of charge, will run from 6-8 p.m. each of the three days. The camp will take place at the high school tennis courts.

Niles hosting wrestling camp Aug. 3-6
A youth wrestling camp featuring the University of Wisconsin head wrestling coach Barry Davis will be held at Niles High School Aug. 3-6.

Registration will be held Aug. 3 beginning at 9 a.m. at the high school. Cost of the camp is $150 per wrestler.

The camp is for wrestlers ages 10 and up and will run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Goalkeeper’s clinic scheduled for Aug. 3-8
Former NCAA division one soccer player Chris Haack will offer a goalkeeper clinic for middle school- and high school-age students at the St. Joe Kickers Club on Aug. 3-7 from 10 a.m. until noon.

Haack is a former goalkeeper coach for Grace Christian and St. Joseph high schools and has a “D” license with the United States Soccer Federation.

Brandywine Foundation outing slated for Aug. 1
The Brandywine Foundation 2009 Golf Outing Scramble will be held on Saturday, Aug. 1 at Indian Lake Hills Golf Course in Eau Claire.

The cost is $65 per person, which includes an 18-hole green fee, motor cart, dinner, and prizes.

Pre-registration and payment is required by July 24. There is a maximum of 80 golfers, so enter early.

MCSA Labor Day 5k run/5k Walk Sept. 7
MCSC Labor Day 5k Run / 5k Walk to be held on the grounds of Michiana Christian Service Camp in Niles on Monday, Sept. 7 at 9 a.m.

Cost is $12 if registered before Aug. 14 and $15 after that date.

Race T-shirt guaranteed if registered by Aug.14.
