Thursday’s program features Wright

BERRIEN SPRINGS – “America’s Architect: Frank Lloyd Wright,” continues the “Thursdays at the Museum” program series at the History Center at Courthouse Square in Berrien Springs.

Kristen Patzer Umphrey, art historian and store manager for the History Center will present the program on Thursday, July 30, at 6:30 p.m. The program will be held at the History Center (1839 Courthouse Museum) at 313 N. Cass St. in Berrien Springs. Admission is free.

“Americas Architect” explores the work of iconic visionary Frank Lloyd Wright. From his Chicago office, Wright designed some of the most artful, innovative houses the country had ever seen. Some, like his breathtaking Fallingwater, have gained international fame. Umphrey’s program examines the art of Frank Lloyd Wright’s houses, with a special emphasis on his designs built in Berrien County.
