Penalty kicks were needed to decide half the Blossomland Cup finals on Sunday afternoon at the Kickers Club in Arden.

The Niles Wolverines and Athletic Jaier were deadlocked at 1-1 after regulation.
Jaier defeated the Wolverines 4-3 on penalty kicks.

Athletic Jaier advances to the 3 p.m. finals against the Tornados, who upset Blossomland Soccer League regular season champion St. Joe Kickers 1-0.

Athletic Jaier got its lone goal in regulation from David Wood, while Kelly Ball scored for the Wolverines.

Errol Rousseve scored for the Tornados in the other semifinal.
